The Sea Breeze Board of Directors has directed Beachside Management to implement several new sanitation procedures, to enhance the health and wellness of everyone in our community. Along with the new procedures, we ask that everyone do their best to deter any contagious viruses.
The following Emergency Procedures should be followed within "Common Areas":
- When using the laundry rooms, wipe down the washers and dryers, before and after use. Hand soap and paper towels are provided in each building.
- Entering the Pool House requires all to wear shirts and some type of foot wear. Pool house restrooms have hand soap and paper towels.
- Use your towels when laying or sitting on the poolside furniture for your protection
- Footwear should be worn while traversing the pool deck area. Leave foot ware by steps to pool when entering.
Our community is occupied by a large percentage of owners and renters who are senior citizens. Senior citizens have been identified as the most vulnerable to the Coronavirus.
Your assistance along with the enhanced sanitation procedures that we have implemented will help to keep our community safe and virus free.
